Login im ASVZ: Umstellung auf Switch edu-ID

Neben den bisherigen Login-Möglichkeiten mit Switch_AAI und ASVZ-ID kannst du dich im ASVZ ab sofort mit der im Hochschulumfeld standardisierten Switch edu-ID einloggen. Mittelfristig stellt der ASVZ komplett auf Switch edu-ID um. Registriere dich daher bereits jetzt auf Switch edu-ID und nutze fortan dieses Login, um dich im ASVZ (App, Online-Schalter) einzuloggen. 

Switch edu-ID ist eine sichere digitale Identität für Hochschulangehörige in der Schweiz. Sie bietet lebenslangen Zugriff auf akademische Dienste und Services. Der Einsatz von Switch edu-ID ist im Hochschulumfeld standardisiert, die Lösung beschränkt sich jedoch nicht nur auf dieses Umfeld. Sie bietet hohe und moderne Sicherheitsstandards über die Verwendung persönlicher Daten. Aufgrund dieser Vorteile stellt auch der ASVZ auf diese Login-Lösung um. Die bisherigen Login-Möglichkeiten (Switch_AAI, ASVZ-ID) werden ab Frühjahr 2027 nicht mehr unterstützt.

Wie funktioniert die Umstellung?

Wenn du noch kein Switch edu-ID-Konto hast:

• Mit bestehendem ASVZ-Profil: Registriere dich unter Switch edu-ID mit der E-Mail-Adresse, die du in deinem ASVZ-Profil hinterlegt hast. Das Passwort kannst du frei wählen, es muss nicht zwingend mit deinem Passwort im ASVZ-Profil übereinstimmen. Wenn du ein neues setzt, ist dieses fortan dein Passwort zum Einloggen im ASVZ. Alternativ kannst du dich auch mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse registrieren; unser System gleicht die Accounts ab und führt sie mit deiner Zustimmung zusammen.

Wenn du bereits ein Switch edu-ID-Konto hast:
Logge dich im Online-Schalter resp. der ASVZ-App einmal aus und mit deinem Switch edu-ID wieder ein. Stelle sicher, dass deine Hochschulorganisation in deinem Switch edu-ID-Konto verknüpft ist, wenn du an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert oder angestellt bist.

In addition to the existing login options using Switch_AAI and ASVZ-ID, you can now log in to ASVZ using Switch edu-ID, the standardized login for higher education institutions. In the medium term, the ASVZ will transition completely to Switch edu-ID. You should therefore register for Switch edu-ID now and use this login method from now on to log in to the ASVZ (app, online portal).

Switch edu-ID is a secure digital identity for members of the higher education community in Switzerland. It offers lifelong access to academic services. The use of Switch edu-ID is standardized within the higher education sector, though the solution is not limited to this environment. It offers high and modern security standards regarding the use of personal data. Due to these advantages, the ASVZ is transitioning to this login solution. The previous login options (Switch_AAI, ASVZ-ID) will no longer be supported from spring 2027.

How does the transition work?

If you do not yet have a Switch edu-ID account:

• If you have an existing ASVZ profile: Register on Switch edu-ID using the email address you have provided in your ASVZ profile. You can choose any password you like; it does not necessarily have to match the password in your ASVZ profile. If you set a new one, this will henceforth be your password for logging into ASVZ. Alternatively, you can also register with a different email address; our system will check the accounts and merge them with your consent.
• Are you new to ASVZ? Register with your email address on Switch edu-ID.

If you already have a Switch edu-ID account:
Log out of the online portal or the ASVZ app once, then log back in using your Switch edu-ID. Make sure your higher education institution is linked to your Switch edu-ID account if you are enrolled at or employed by a higher education institution.
