Digitaler Check-In im ASVZ

In allen ASVZ Sport Centern wird am Check-In-Terminal mittels QR-Code in der ASVZ-App eingecheckt. Was das im Detail bedeutet?

Voraussetzung für den Check-In ist ein Porträtfoto in deinem ASVZ-Profil. Denn die Ausweisung am Check-In-Terminal stellt die Kontrolle auf Sicht sicher. So können Missbrauch und unberechtigter Zutritt zum ASVZ-Sportbetrieb reduziert und damit der Fairness-Gedanke – ohne ASVZ-Berechtigung kein Zutritt – hochgehalten werden. 

Du kannst dein Porträtfoto einfach und bequem über die Einstellungen in der ASVZ-App hochladen und hinterlegen. Daneben besteht weiterhin die Möglichkeit, dies über den Online-Schalter zu tun. Für den Check-In bereit bist du, wenn dir in deiner digitalen ASVZ Card sowohl der ASVZ-Ausweis mit Foto als auch ein QR-Code dargestellt wird. Mit diesem QR-Code checkst du vor Ort ein.

Aufgrund der flächendeckenden Einführung des Check-Ins in allen Sport Centern wird für die Online-Einschreibung für ASVZ-Angebote seit 04.04. ein Porträtfoto vorausgesetzt. Wir empfehlen, dieses Foto zeitnah zum Profil hinzuzufügen, sodass du dich lückenlos weiter für ASVZ-Angebote einschreiben kannst.

So bereitest du dich vor:
1.    Lade die kostenlose mobile ASVZ-App (Android, iOS) herunter.
2.    Aktualisiere die ASVZ-App, sofern du sie bereits benutzt.
3.    Logge dich mit deinem Profil in den Einstellungen ein. Solltest du dort kein Porträtfoto von dir sehen, lade bitte über die App oder über schalter.asvz.ch eines in dein Profil hoch.

So checkst du vor Ort ein:
1.    Mittels Card-Icon auf der Startseite der App rufst du den QR-Code auf.
2.    Bei Eintritt ins Sport Center scannst du den QR-Code beim Check-In.
3.    Leuchtet der Terminal grün, hast du Zutritt zum Sport Center und zum eingeschriebenen Angebot.
4.    Leuchtet der Terminal rot, überprüfe bitte deine Zutrittsberechtigung und/oder deine Einschreibung/Anmeldung und wende dich bei Unklarheiten an 044 632 42 10 oder an info@asvz.ch. Zutritt zum Sport Center hat nur, wer vom Terminal eine positive, grüne Rückmeldung erhält.

FAQ

Ich sehe das Card-Icon nicht, was kann ich tun?
Das Card-Icon wird dir nur dargestellt, wenn du in der ASVZ-App eingeloggt bist und ein Porträtfoto in dein Profil  hochgeladen hast (siehe oben «So bereitest du dich vor»). Prüfe in den Einstellungen der App, ob du wirklich eingeloggt bist und dein Porträtfoto angezeigt wird.

Ich bin in der ASVZ-App eingeloggt, sehe das Card-Icon trotzdem nicht. Dann hast du noch kein Porträtfoto in dein Profil hochgeladen. Das kannst du überprüfen, indem du in der ASVZ-App unter Einstellungen in deinem Profil kein Foto siehst. Unter «So bereitest du dich vor» (siehe oben) ist beschrieben, wie du dein Porträtfoto hochladen kannst. 

Ich sehe das Card-Icon, aber den QR-Code nicht.
Logge dich aus der ASVZ-App aus, schliesse sie und logge dich wieder ein. Anschliessend sollte dir der QR-Code angezeigt werden. Klappt es immer noch nicht, empfehlen wir dir, die App zu deinstallieren und nochmals neu herunterzuladen.

Ich möchte mein Profilbild ändern.
Unter schalter.asvz.ch kannst du dein Profilbild anpassen. 

Der Check-In Terminal zeigt mir eine rote Fehlermeldung («Kein Zutritt») an.

• Hast du dich im Sport Center getäuscht? Bitte überprüfe in deinem eingeschriebenen Angebot, ob du dich im richtigen Sport Center befindest.
• Dein eingeschriebenes Angebot fängt erst in 31 Minuten oder noch später an? Die Zulassung ins Sport Center ist 30 Minuten vor Angebots-Beginn gültig.
• Hast du einen Screenshot deines QR-Codes gescannt anstelle deines Live-QR-Codes in der App? Aus Sicherheitsgründen wechselt der QR-Code in der App alle paar Sekunden, weshalb ein Screenshot davon eine Fehlermeldung ausliefert.

Digital check-in at the ASVZ

All ASVZ Sport Centers have check-in terminals that allow access by scanning the QR code in the ASVZ app. Here’s what this means in more detail.

To check in, you will need to have a portrait photo in your ASVZ profile. The new check-in system includes a visual check, which allows us to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of ASVZ Cards. In this way, we can ensure fairness by allowing access only to ASVZ members.

You can add your portrait photo with the convenient upload function in the settings of the ASVZ app. In addition, you still have the possibility to do this through the online desk. You are ready for check-in as soon as your digital ASVZ Card shows your ASVZ photo ID as well as a QR code. This QR code will allow you to check into ASVZ facilities.

As the digital check-in will be introduced at all Sport Centers, online registration for ASVZ activities will require a portrait photo since 04.04. We recommend uploading your photo to your profile as soon as possible to ensure you can continue to sign up for ASVZ activities.

How to get ready:
1. Download the free mobile ASVZ app (Android, iOS).
2. Update the ASVZ app if you are already using it.
3. Log into your profile in the app settings. If you don’t see a photo of yourself there, please upload one to your profile through the app or on schalter.asvz.ch.

How to check in at ASVZ facilities:
1. Open the QR code by clicking on the card icon on the main page of the app.
2. Scan the QR code at the check-in when you enter the Sport Center.
3. If the terminal lights up green, you may access the Sport Center and your booked activity.
4. If the terminal lights up red, please check if your membership and/or registration are valid. If you are not sure, contact 044 632 42 10 or info@asvz.ch. You may only access the Sport Center if you get a green light from the terminal.

FAQ

I can’t see the card icon. What should I do?
You can only see the card icon if you are logged into the ASVZ app and have uploaded a portrait photo to your profile (see above, “How to get ready”). Check the app settings to see if you are logged in and if your portrait photo shows up.

I’m logged into the ASVZ app but still can’t see the card icon.
This means you haven’t uploaded a photo of yourself to your profile yet. You can check this by opening your profile in the settings of the ASVZ app. See the instructions above (“How to get ready”) to find out how to upload your portrait photo.

I can see the card icon but not the QR code.
Log out of the ASVZ app, close it and then log back in. You should now be able to see the QR code. If it still doesn’t work, we recommend deinstalling the app and then downloading it again.

I want to change my profile picture.
You can change your profile picture at schalter.asvz.ch.

The check-in terminal gives me a red error message ("Kein Zutritt").

• Did you go to the wrong Sport Center? Please check your activity registration to see if you are at the right Sport Center.
• Does your activity only start in 31 minutes or more? You can only access the Sport Center 30 minutes or less before the start of the activity.
• Did you scan a screenshot of our QR code instead of the live QR code in the app? For security reasons, the QR code changes every few seconds, so a screenshot will trigger an error message.
